Who is Certified Venous Access Specialist?

CVAS is a private "hands-on" medical certification and continuing education company. We are comprised of dedicated professionals who want to provide you with the latest skill and safety techniques. CVAS has been conducting hands-on certification workshops since 1999. We are the pioneers of Online Certification testing in the medical field. We strive to bring the latest innovations and technology to you. We are listed with the Better Business Bureau of Northwest Florida, and are "Provider approved by the California board of Registered Nursing", as well as affiliated with the NAAPT (North American Association of Phlebotomy Technicians), an accrediting and continuing education agency. We work with various federal and state agencies, veteran`s programs, human resource agencies, job services, hospitals, community organisations, etc.

Do you teach international workshops?

International workshops are now available in the following locations:

• Canada
• United Kingdom
• Australia

The CVAS International Workshops are conducted in the same manner as our Nationwide American workshops. International workshops require at least 12 registrants. All those registered for a workshop will be contacted no later than one week prior to their workshop with the final status and details. Check the pre-requisites for each program before registering.

Do you offer financial aid?

No. However, CVAS does accept financial aid from outside sources (i.e. vouchers, grants, military aid, etc...). We do not accept Pell Grants, GI Bills, etc. You will need to check with your sponsor to see what kind of aid is available for you.

Do you offer job placement assistance?

No. CVAS is not a Job Placement Agency. We neither provide jobs, nor guarantee jobs. CVAS simply provides a certification and continuing educational service.
